Purchasing online
Apparel Supply operate an on-line store for direct purchases, and we also have desk sales team available during normal working hours to take any enquiries, ordering and or making payments online. Our staff will address any questions you might have about delivery of your products, your right to cancel orders or return faulty products to us and our quality assurance.
Cancellation of Orders
During the online purchase process, you can choose to cancel the order by contacting our team on info@apparelsupply.ie.
Missing or delayed items
Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.
Should your order not reach you within the times quoted above, please accept our apologies, and contact our Customer Service Department who will be happy to assist (contact details below) quoting your order number (contained in the automated email sent following online purchase).
Delivery Costs
Free delivery in ROI and NI on all orders over €300.
For orders less than minimum order value
– ROI & NI Ireland, €7.50 1st box, €6.00 per box for all additional boxes.
– In Ireland an additional courier collection fee of €10 is applied to orders where COD service is provided.
– UK, €20.00 1st box, €10.00 per box for all additional boxes.
– Europe, €25.00 1st box, €15.00 per box for all additional boxes.
– International, €30.00 1st box, €20.00 per box for all additional boxes.
(Based on 60x40x 40cms, up to 15kgs weight).
Delivery Times
For Stock Products we despatch within 3-4 business days.
– In ROI and NI for delivery allow 2-5 working days from despatch from our stores.
– To UK mainland for delivery allow 3-5 working days from despatch from our stores.
– To European mainland for delivery allow 4-5 working days from despatch from our stores.
– For International deliveries allow up to 10 working days from despatch from our stores.
Returns
We are committed to selling high-quality products meeting customer’s total satisfaction. However, we are aware that for one reason or another there may be a need to return your purchase. To arrange return please contact us at:

Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer a refund on:
- All items with an embroidered/printed crest/logo. These products are customised with your crest/logo.
We cannot refund postage and packaging on returns.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer.

Can I exchange my item?
We don’t offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item, and place a new order.
Your refund will be processed provided goods are not personalized, made-to-order, or damaged.

Other than products being faulty we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
